Samantha, You have the correct family indeed. Eugene is my maternal great-grandfather, who came here with his father Julius Alexander about 1894, from Langenbielau Germany.They did in fact settle at these addresses on Second St in homes that still exist.
I have a theory that they may have purchased their milk from Blakes Creamery on S. Main St, as this was only one block away, and was in business at that time. Additionally, Eugene's brother Ernest was affiliated with Bernice Blake (daughter of Blake proprietor) and both were early aviators at Manchester Airport as early as 1928.
There seems to be no other connection between the dairy business and the Ringenwald farm located on Woodlawn Drive before the airport's construction, though all these Ringenwalds were related.
I'm certain it was your dad who several years ago mailed me a bottle rub. Great to see the name preserved.
